What to Bring to Your U-Pick & Events

Box or Bucket

If you're traveling home with your bouquet, a box or bucket can help keep your flowers upright and secure for the ride.

Clippers or Scissors

We'll have clippers available for you to use, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Farm-Friendly Shoes

You'll be walking through grass and flower rows, so comfortable shoes that can handle a little dirt are best. The ground may be uneven in places.

Water

Don't forget something to drink! Even during morning and evening U-Picks, summer days can still be warm.

Sunscreen & Sun Protection

Our flowers love the sunshine, and our field is open to it too. Sunscreen, sunglasses, or a hat can help keep you comfortable while you pick.

Bug Spray

We share the farm with plenty of nature, including a few mosquitoes and other little visitors. Bug spray is always a good idea.

Weather-Appropriate Clothing

Michigan weather can change quickly. A light sweater or jacket can be nice for evening U-Picks, especially later in the season.

Your Phone or Camera

You'll definitely want a few pictures! Feel free to take photos throughout the flower field and of your finished bouquet. We love seeing your visits shared on social media.

Little Flower Pickers

Children are welcome! We simply ask that they stay with an adult and treat the flower rows with care. A lot of time and love goes into growing each bloom, and we want everyone to have beautiful flowers to enjoy.

Bring a little time to slow down, wander through the flowers, enjoy the country setting, and have fun creating a bouquet that is completely your own.
